With the rapid development of lithium industry, lithium-ion batteries have been widely used in mobile phones, computers, automobiles, energy storage and other fields. Users have fast charging requirements higher and higher, and the corresponding doubling performance requirements of battery are higher and higher.The performance of lithium-ion battery is closely related to the battery resistance. In the actual battery development and production process, the ion resistance part needs to be evaluated at the finished end of the battery, and the electronic resistance part can be quickly evaluated in the material and the pole end. Therefore, the accurate evaluation of the material and the electronic resistance of the finished cell is important.
IEST laboratory director-Qi Qiongqiong was invited to the conference speaker, at the meeting on the lithium positive and negative powder resistivity test and its impact on battery performance, the report introduces the powder, slurry, pole plate three levels of resistance characterization method, and the resistance on the impact of battery performance, and comprehensive analysis of resistance correlation of different levels, by regulating the resistance to improve the battery performance.
